Our engineers also have extensive experience in substituting metallic materials with plastics and can quickly assess the feasibility of a material change. In many projects, we have successfully replaced existing metal materials with plastics.

In order to meet the diverse market requirements, we use simulation software right from the design stage.
Modern 3D workstations enable us to visually simulate different requirements, loads and the production process in advance (e.g. with filling studies). The knowledge gained from this is directly incorporated into tool design, mould construction, material selection and the design of plastic injection moulded parts.
